Today is our Miss Small & Petite Princess, Aleeysa''s 3rd birthday. So Oja organized a birthday party. Since it was also Halloween, it was decided that it would be fancy/Halloween dress party where the kids get to dress up in whatever they want. Guest at the party included Cat-woman, witches, princess, blood drinking vampires, clowns, Ben-10, pirate & a character from Star-Wars.

For the last few days, Nadia and Ben have been planning their costume. Finally it was decided that Nadia will be going at a Cat-woman and Ben as mummy. Haikal macam biasalah "BEN-10". All last night, Nadia made her head dress for her costume. When the time came, we were unable to made Ben a mummy because the toilet paper kept tearing off.... so finally he went as "Julias Ceaser".

Before all the kids went off for their Halloween Trick or Treat, we sang and cut the birthday cake. The kids also took part in a Thomas The Train Stuffed Pinata game. Since it was a bit difficult to break and get the candies & chocolate in the train, we got the adults (moms & dads) to take part in the event.

Here in Oman especially PDO area, on Halloween night most of the houses will join in the fun and tradition of having "Treat or Trick" where they give out sweets, chocolates to all the kids that coming knocking/ringing on the door. Some even go to the extend of having part of their house decorated like a haunted house and even baked cookies. Its nice to see all the kids dressed up in all types of costume walking around the neighbourhood with their parents.

While the kids went for their candies/chocolate collection, the adults went on their karaoking sprint. Kali ni, anak-anak & parents semua ade activity masing-masing. Our new karaoke champion this time around was Syukor & Hamzah (Juara AF Oman musim ke 3)

The kids came back to Oja's place carrying each a bag of candies & chocolates at nearly 8.00pm after their collection. Had lots of fun and looking forward to the our next gathering.
